Mr. Johannes Pule joined Wesizwe Platinum Limited in April 2024 as Senior Human Resource Manager. He brings over 30 years of extensive experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations, primarily within the mining industry, with additional experience in manufacturing. His broad background equips him with deep insight into workforce management, labour relations, talent development, and organisational transformation.
Mr. Pule holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), complemented by diplomas in Computer Literacy and Industrial Relations and Labour Law. He has also attained certifications in Labour Dispute Resolution, Labour Relations, Integrated Leadership, and Human Resources Management. This comprehensive educational background, combined with practical experience, supports his commitment to strategic HR initiatives that align with Wesizwe’s goals
