Wesizwe issues a Trading Statement

The Wesizwe board of directors therefore advised shareholders that the Company expects to report basic earnings per share attributable to ordinary shareholders for the 6 months ended 30 June 2019 of between 6.66 cents and 6.83 cents per share, being between 824% and 842% higher, compared to a basic loss per share of 0.92 cents per share for the previous comparable period.
The Company expects to report headline earnings per share attributable to ordinary shareholders for the 6 months ended 30 June 2019 of between 6.83 cents and 7.00 cents per share, being between 842% and 861% higher, compared to a headline loss per share of 0.92 cents per share for the previous comparable period
The Company`s results for the 6 month period ended 30 June 2019 will be published on or about 28 September 2019.

TRADING STATEMENT
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies
are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that
the financial results for the reporting period will differ by more than 20% from those of the
previous corresponding period.
The Wesizwe board of directors therefore wishes to advise shareholders that the Company
expects to report basic earnings per share attributable to ordinary shareholders for the 6
months ended 30 June 2019 of between 6.66 cents and 6.83 cents per share, being between
824% and 842% higher, compared to a basic loss per share of 0.92 cents per share for the
previous comparable period.
