Mr Zhimin Li

Mr. Li holds a Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering from KunMing University of Science and Technology in China. He has over 30 years’ experience in mining and civil engineering construction obtained through working in China for the Jinchuan Group and Africa including other foreign jurisdictions where he managed multi-million Rand projects.
Ms Dawn Nonceba Merle Mokhobo
Non-Executive Director (Chairperson)
Ms Mokhobo is also a member of three JSE-listed company Boards - Engen (Pty) Ltd, Altron (Pty) Ltd and Sabvest (Pty) Ltd. She holds Directorships of Sasol Inzalo Public Funding Limited and Ingwazi Resources (Pty) Ltd. She is also a Chairperson of African International Advisors, Kwanda Private Equity Investments, a director and shareholder of Gidani (Pty) Ltd, and Deputy Chairperson of Partnertshipi Investments. Dawn has vast private and public sector experience, and has worked with signficant organisations both locally (such as the Independent Electoral Commission) and internationally (such as the UN Special Committee on Women and Economic Development).
Mr Dexin Chen
Non-Executive Director (Deputy Chairman)
Mr Chen is the Vice President of Jinchuan Group and has 19 years of mining industry experience, holding a wide variety of senior management and technical positions within the Group's operations in China. He previously served as the Deputy General Manager of Jinchuan Group Limited since September 2010. In January 2009 Mr Chen was appointed as the Mine Manager of Mining Zone 2 of Jinchuan Group Limited and for two years before that he served as the Secretary of the Party Committee and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of Mining Zone 2 of Jinchuan Group. From January 2006 to January 2007, Mr Chen was the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of Mining Zone 2 of Jinchuan Group Limited. He served as the Deputy Mine Manager of the Longshou Mine of Jinchuan Group Limited from June 2004 to January 2006. Mr Chen qualified from the Mining Institute of Xi'an with a Bachelor of Mining in July 1994.
Mr Lincoln Vumile (James) Ngculu
Mr Ngculu served in the African National Congress and Umkhonto we Sizwe (MK) from 1976 to date. He served in many capacities as Commissar, Politics Instructor, Regional Secretary of the Commissariat in Angola and in many other capacities. He also served in the Codesa negotiations as advisor in Transitional Mechanism and in 1994 he was elected Provincial Secretary of the ANC in the Western Cape and later (2005) as Provincial Chairperson of the ANC in the same Province, thus serving in the national Executive Committee of the ANC as an ex officio member. He also became Member of Parliament and served as Chairperson: Portfolio Committee on Health. He is a member of the African Security Sector Network [ASSN] and has published many papers on politics, security sector reforms and health. He co-published a book, "Ourselves to Know" under the auspices of the ISS, edited by Dr Rocklyn Williams and Diane Abrahams. He also published another book entitled "The Honour To Serve" which was shortlisted for the Alan Paton Award.
Mr. Kenny Mokoka

Mr. Mokoka is currently HEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CORPORATE FINANCE at ANGLO AMERICAN PLATINUM since JUNE 2010. Having previously performed the roles of FINANCE DIRECTOR at PEPSI/SIMBA (PTY) LTD, PFIZER PHARMACEUTICALS, CFO at the Road Accident Fund and AUDIT DIRECTOR with SizweNtsaluba VSP.
He is a Board member of ANGLO AMERICAN PLATINUM INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES, Chairperson of the Audit Committee with the NATIONAL HOME BUILDERS RESEARCH COUNCIL (NHBRC), member of the Audit Committee for Wesizwe Platinum Limited, SIZWE MEDICAL AID FUND, SOUTH AFRICAN SPORTS COMMISSION and a Board member of the Internal Audit Advisory Committee for the UNIVERSITY OF PRETORIA.
He holds professional memberships with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB), South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and the Institute of directors (IOD)
Mr. Victor Thembinkosi Mabuza
Mr. Mabuza has over 16 years in corporate finance, corporate and investment banking with major financial institutions such as Standard Bank, Stanlib Wealth & Asset Managers and the National Empowerment Fund. He has gained considerable experience in corporate finance advisory and implementation of public offers as well as the financial structuring of BB-BEE transactions for blue chip companies such as Anglo Platinum, AngloGold, Northam Platinum, Sasol, Vodacom and NEF/MTN share schemes. Victor also has vast experience in the development, monitoring, management and reporting on BEE strategies and plans. He has also been involved in the creation and financing of SMMEs in various sectors of the economy in his various roles with financial institutions. Victor holds Bachelor of Commerce degree (Financial Accounting & Financial Management Major), conferred by the University of Swaziland. He currently also serves in the Metorex Board of Directors.
Mr. Li Pengfei
Mr. Pengfei holds a PhD qualification in Industry Economics from the China Renmin University, School of Management. He is currently an Executive Director of Investment in China Africa Development Fund (CADFund) and possesses extensive skills in project valuation, investment instruments, project implementation attained over 16 years of multinational working experiences, including 10 years in Africa. He has dominated and participated in about 20 investment projects in mining, energy, infrastructure, agriculture, real-estate, and manufacturing industry, holding several board directors of project companies. His expertise includes project valuation, investment instruments, business negotiation and project implementation.
Ms. Zhou Xiaoyin
Ms. Zhou Xiaoyin holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Lanzhou Commercial College. She has been a member of Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. (“Jinchuan”) since 1999, Jinchuan is the largest producer of nickel and cobalt and the third largest copper producer of China. She has obtained the Legal Occupational Qualification Certificate in 2002 and then joined in the Legal Department of Jinchuan in 2004, engaging in the legal work involved in the overseas investment and financing. In 2012, she was transferred to Beijing, being in charge of the legal work of an investing subsidiary and the overseas legal work of the group. From January 2012 to January 2016, she became a non-executive director of Metorex Ltd, a South Africa based subsidiary. She is currently an in -house counsel for Jinchuan Group and has extensive experience in international law.
