She holds Directorships of Sasol Inzalo Public Funding Limited and Ingwazi Resources (Pty) Ltd. She is also a Chairperson of African International Advisors, Kwanda Private Equity Investments, a director and shareholder of Gidani (Pty) Ltd, and Deputy Chairperson of Partnertshipi Investments. Dawn has vast private and public sector experience, and has worked with signficant organisations both locally (such as the Independent Electoral Commission) and internationally (such as the UN Special Committee on Women and Economic Development). |

Mr. Figui Qiao

Mr Figui Qiao was appointed on 7 May 2021. He has a Bachelor of Mineral Resource Prospecting and Exploration Degree (Central South University of Technology) and MEng (Geological Engineering) (Kunming University of Science and Technology). Mr Qiao specialises in Technical and Managerial aspects of mining in addition to exploration and development of mineral resources. |

Mr. Long Zou
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. Long Zou was appointed to the board as chief executive officer and executive director on 3rd August 2022. He is equipped with a bachelor degree in mining engineering from Central South University and a master’s degree in mining engineering from University of Science and Technology Beijing in China. Mr. Zou has 26 years’ extensive experience in the mining industry, which has exposed him to multiple mines ranging from nickel, copper, cobalt and platinum. He has served as general manager at the largest mine of Jinchuan Group Co. Ltd. He also held leadership roles spanning managerial, operational and technical at Jinchuan Congo Mining Ltd in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Albidon Ltd in Zambia. |

Mr Zhimin Li
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Li holds a Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering from KunMing University of Science and Technology in China. He has over 30 years’ experience in mining and civil engineering construction obtained through working in China for the Jinchuan Group and Africa including other foreign jurisdictions where he managed multi-million Rand projects. |

Ms. Qing Yu

Ms. Qing Yu was appointed on 29 September 2022. She has a Bachelor of Finance Degree (Wuhan University) and Master of Financial Markets Degree (ESC Rouen). Her skills, expertise and experience are in areas of: Financial modelling, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. In addition, she has experience in Precious Metals Investment Management. |

Mr Lincoln Vumile (James) Ngculu
Non-Executive Director
Mr Ngculu served in the African National Congress and Umkhonto we Sizwe (MK) from 1976 to date. He served in many capacities as Commissar, Politics Instructor, Regional Secretary of the Commissariat in Angola and in many other capacities. He also served in the Codesa negotiations as advisor in Transitional Mechanism and in 1994 he was elected Provincial Secretary of the ANC in the Western Cape and later (2005) as Provincial Chairperson of the ANC in the same Province, thus serving in the national Executive Committee of the ANC as an ex officio member. He also became Member of Parliament and served as Chairperson: Portfolio Committee on Health. He is a member of the African Security Sector Network [ASSN] and has published many papers on politics, security sector reforms and health. He co-published a book, "Ourselves to Know" under the auspices of the ISS, edited by Dr Rocklyn Williams and Diane Abrahams. He also published another book entitled "The Honour To Serve" which was shortlisted for the Alan Paton Award. |

Mr. Victor Thembinkosi Mabuza

Mr. Mabuza has over 16 years in corporate finance, corporate and investment banking with major financial institutions such as Standard Bank, Stanlib Wealth & Asset Managers and the National Empowerment Fund. He has gained considerable experience in corporate finance advisory and implementation of public offers as well as the financial structuring of BB-BEE transactions for blue chip companies such as Anglo Platinum, AngloGold, Northam Platinum, Sasol, Vodacom and NEF/MTN share schemes. Victor also has vast experience in the development, monitoring, management and reporting on BEE strategies and plans. He has also been involved in the creation and financing of SMMEs in various sectors of the economy in his various roles with financial institutions. Victor holds Bachelor of Commerce degree (Financial Accounting & Financial Management Major), conferred by the University of Swaziland. He currently also serves in the Metorex Board of Directors. |

Mr. Jianguo Liu

Mr. Jianguo Liu has an International MBA in Finance and Marketing Management from School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University and MIT Sloan School of Management. He also holds a Bachelor degree in Inner Combustion Engine from Xi'an Jiaotong University in China. He specialized in International Finance, Investment Analysis, Budget Planning and Management and has more than 27 years working experience in Power Generation, Petrochemical，Development Finance, Project Finance. He has previously worked for Sinopec as a Senior Project manager, GE Energy as Business Development Director and China-Africa Development Fund as Managing Director of Livelihood Investment, Market Development and investment Consulting Department. Mr. Liu is an excursionist, having been to 39 African Countries. |

Mr. Huigao Guo

Mr. Huigao Guo, holds a Masters of Mining Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree from Kunming University of Science and Technology, and has several years’ experience in the mining field working for Jinchuan Nonferrous Metals, and Jinchuan Group Corporation Limited. Mr. Huigao has won the title of “Excellent Technology Management Worker of China Nonferrous Metals Industry” issued by China Nonferrous Metal Industry Association. He has also received fourteen (14) honors issued by the State and Jinchuan Group including the Second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of science and technology award of China Nonferrous Metals Industry. He is accustomed with production and operations within the mine. |
