Wesizwe Platinum Limited is aware of the false advertising of its vacancies and that of its subsidiary, Bakubung Platinum Mine (BPM) vacancies. This circulation is prominent in our host community, the Bakubung-Ba-Ratheo Community, in Ledig, Rustenburg and the surroundings
The identified circulation of these fake posts includes the following:
- Individuals requesting community members to submit their Curriculum Vitae’s (CV’s) at the Chief’s or Traditional Authority’s Office for BPM’s vacancies;
- A fake Bakubung Platinum Mine Facebook page, which advertises fake BPM vacancies. Individuals claiming to sell BPM’s posts, and in-effect, equating to defrauding people.
NB. Public and community member’s attention is drawn to the following:
- Our Human Resources Office will never request money in exchange for posts or job interviews;
- No company vacancies are advertised through an unauthorised third party;
- All Wesizwe Platinum Limited and Bakubung Platinum Mine vacancies are advertised through the following official channels:
