UPDATE: SUSPENSION OF LISTING
Shareholders are referred to the various announcements released on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) News Service, the last of which was published on 5 November 2025, relating to the suspension of the listing of the Company’s securities.
Shareholders are advised that the publication of the interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2025 (“Interim Results”) has been deferred. The Company resolved to embark on a re-audit of the 2024 financial year-end results in order to lift the independent auditors’ disclaimers on the annual financial statements. As a result of this additional work, the Company anticipates publishing the Interim Results no later than 15 March 2026.
The Company further anticipates publishing the audited financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2025 no later 30 April 2026.
Trading in the Company’s shares remains suspended. Wesizwe continues to engage actively with the JSE and remains committed to achieving full compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements to enable the lifting of the suspension.
The Company will continue to keep shareholders informed of any further developments.
