1. SALIENT FEATURES
– Administration expenditure increased by R70,2 million to R98.0 million (2023: R27.8
million)
– Provision for legal claim of R207.0 million recognised (2023: nil).
– Headline loss per share increased by 11.31 cents per share to a headline loss of 12.86
cents per share (2023: headline loss of 1.55 cents per share).
– Loss per share increased by 11.31 cents per share to a loss of 12.86 cents per share
(2023: loss of 1.55 cents per share).
– The board of directors, after careful consideration, has elected to not declare a
dividend for the year ending 31 December 2024 (2023: nil).

3. UPDATE IN RELATION TO THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE INTEGRATED ANNUAL
REPORT
Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement
released on 27 August 2025 and are hereby advised that the Company’s integrated
annual report , incorporating the summarised consolidated financial statements of the
Company for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the notice of the annual general
meeting of the Company will be distributed to Shareholder’s on 2 October 2025 and
announced on SENS accordingly.
