SUSPENSION OF LISTING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange today, 03 June 2025, relating to the suspension of listing of the security of the
Company due to the inability of the Company to publish its Audited Annual Financial
Statements (“AFS”) and Integrated Annual Report (“IAR”) incorporating the notice of Annual
General Meeting (“Notice of AGM”) for the year ended 31 December 2024 within the
prescribed period. Consequently, investors cannot trade in the securities of the Company
during this period.
Shareholders are further advised that Wesizwe is working diligently with its auditors and is
committed to publishing the AFS and the IAR along with the Notice of AGM by no later than
31 July 2025. The Company will request the JSE to lift the suspension once the AFS, IAR
and Notice of AGM are published.
Wesizwe will continue to keep shareholders informed of any further developments.
