He is a seasoned Mining Professional, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Mine Manager’s Certificate. With a career spanning over 22-years, he has a continuous track-record of demonstrated exceptional leadership and proven ability to mobilise operational excellence and delivering significant business results. Mr. Sekano’s expertise further extend to Technical Services. This has seen him overseeing the areas of Geology, Survey, Planning, Rock Engineering, and Ventilation. He has excelled in developing and implementing robust standards, procedures, and codes of practice, while effectively managing operational risks and coordinating key projects.
