Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. Long Zou was appointed to the board as chief executive officer and executive director on 3rd August 2022. He is equipped with a bachelor degree in mining engineering from Central South University and a master’s degree in mining engineering from University of Science and Technology Beijing in China. Mr. Zou has 26 years’ extensive experience in the mining industry, which has exposed him to multiple mines ranging from nickel, copper, cobalt and platinum. He has served as general manager at the largest mine of Jinchuan Group Co. Ltd. He also held leadership roles spanning managerial, operational and technical at Jinchuan Congo Mining Ltd in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Albidon Ltd in Zambia.
