UPDATE: PRODUCTION RAMP-UP PROGRESS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 08 October 2025, relating to the
Company’s progress in the ramp-up of its underground mining operations. The Company is
pleased to advise shareholders of the continued progress made in advancing key
underground infrastructure critical to the production ramp-up.
The raisebore pilot hole for the V1 ventilation shaft was successfully holed on the 69 level
ahead of schedule. This is a significant milestone which will be followed by the reaming of
the shaft. In addition, the Merensky silo slipe and line process is well underway following the
successful holing of the drop raises. These are part of the key infrastructure required to
achieve the mining ramp-up process.

provide updates as developments occur.
