RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
board of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that Ms Qing
Yu has step down from her position as a non-executive director on the Board of Wesizwe
with immediate effect.
The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Ms Qing Yu for her commitment and
service to the Company over the years.
