UPDATE: SUSPENSION OF LISTING
Shareholders are referred to the various announcements released on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) News Service, the last of which was published on 30 October 2025, relating to the suspension of the listing of the Company’s securities.
Shareholders are advised that the publication of the interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2025 (“Interim Results”) has been deferred. The delay arises from the finalisation of the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, which was impacted by the cyber breach previously reported. This, in turn, affected the scheduling of the interim review.
The independent review of the Interim Results by the external auditors has commenced and the Company expects to release the Interim Results by no later than 31 January 2026.
Shareholders are further advised that the audited annual consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, released on 30 September 2025, included a disclaimer of opinion from the Company’s independent auditor, for reasons detailed in the auditor’s report available on Wesizwe’s website https://wesizwe.co.za/annual-reports/.
Trading in the Company’s shares remains suspended. Wesizwe continues to engage actively with the JSE and remains committed to achieving full compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements to enable the lifting of the suspension.
The Company will continue to keep shareholders informed of any further developments.
